Our response time is rather quick except on weekends, Holidays, Homecoming, Bastille Day, Cinco de Mayo, St. Patricks Day, on a full moon or high tide, during a Beatles tribute or Spring Break, in the presence of St. Michelle Reisling or the World Soccer Cup, on Mother's Day, Valentine's Day or Earth Day. We also try to coordinate our vacation schedule with yours (whenever possible) so as to minimize the time we aren't available to serve each of our members.
